Job requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via email, chat, and social media.

  • Provide outstanding support before, during, and after purchase.

  • Assist customers with product information, sizing, availability, and orders.

  • Manage order tracking, returns, exchanges, and issue resolution.

  • Maintain accurate customer records within CRM systems.

  • Work closely with the e-commerce, logistics, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).

  • Previous experience in Customer Service, Customer Experience, Retail, Fashion, or E-commerce.

  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

  • Customer-oriented mindset with high attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Immediate availability.
