Job description

As Art Director, you will define and execute La Veste’s creative direction across campaigns, digital

content, product imagery, and brand visuals. You’ll collaborate closely with the creative, marketing,

and e-commerce teams to ensure every touchpoint reflects the essence of our identity. This is a

hands-on role for a creative leader who excels in concept development, brand cohesion, and

impactful fashion presentation.

  • Lead the creative direction for campaigns, lookbooks, social media, website, and product

    shoots.

  • Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all brand channels

  • Work closely with the creative directors, designers, stylists, and marketing teams to

    conceptualize, plan, and produce visual campaigns and content.

  • Collaborate with photographers, stylists, graphic designers, and external creatives

  • Conceptualize and execute photoshoots (model casting, styling, location scouting, direction)

  • Oversee the design of marketing assets such as newsletters, ads, banners, packaging, and

    presentations

  • Work with marketing and e-commerce teams to ensure visuals align with business goals and

    timelines

  • Stay informed on fashion trends, design innovation, and creative industry development

Job requirements

  • Experience in a creative production or creative direction role, ideally within the fashion industry.

  • Proven experience in producing campaigns, digital content and brand design.

  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling, branding, and creative direction.

  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes

    projects simultaneously.

  • A passion for the fashion industry and an eye for detail and quality.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other creative tools.

  • Experience with photo and video shoot production is a plus.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities.

  • A degree in Fashion, Design, Marketing, or related fields.

  • Fluent in English and/or Spanish
